      Having some issues as described here for a longer time.

      even when im at the start menue my fps drops to nearly zero every second and goes back up to my normal fps.

      systhem is a r5 1600x 16 gb ram rx 480 8gb model. drivers ar all ubdated and i have tryed many steps that where sugested on this forum and they did not help..
