why aren't DICE helping us

OK, but why they are keep saying this:
Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II: Elite Trooper Deluxe Edition includes up to 3 days early access plus Star Wars™ Battlefront™ II: The Last Jedi™ Heroes

I bought Deluxe Edition, among other things, because of that and now I can't play it 😠 

This happened to me but i figured it out what was causing it if you have EA access and played the trial is pre loads for you. But there are some people that its not pre loading for them a few people still had the demo installed and its what was causing the fail pre load while some people are not having luck at all with pre load a friend of mine has the deluxe and no matter what it wont let him pre load.

So I found out why it wasn't working, for me at least. My payment hadn't gone through properly, so I had to change the payment details, and then it said I could pre-load once the payment had gone through.

The solution - In Origin, on the sidebar hover over Origin Access, then select Play First Trials - there's your "Free Trial" link to download 🙂
