PS4 Elite trooper deluxe edition missing content

@General_Godstu Can I ask your region and whether you bought a digital or physical Edition? Hopefully we'll have a fix for the missing Deluxe content soon. 

I assume you've checked already, but just so I can be sure, you've looked and have 0 crates for opening?

@General_Godstu Hey, by "open card" should that mean "open case"? If so support should be able to get this sorted.

yes it should say open case sorry. and as of this second i don't have any unopened crates available. i had 1 when i first logged on but that was the daily login one i presume. hopefully ill receive a response from support with in 24 hrs i was told so we shall see 🙂

I`ve bought the pre paid Battlefront II Trooper Deluxe Edition and got the Standard version. When Log in the PSN Brazil and select the Deluxe version it can`t download the game or even start the game from that page, says It is unavailable. When selecting the standard version gives the option do start the game, cause says I already have bought it, but my receipt transaction says that I`ve bought the Trooper Deluxe Edition. Even the DLC as separate shows it unavailable cause I already have it. I`ve been 3X in contact with Sony and 1X with EA and nobody could clarify what`s wrong.
