So I bought the game back in 2017 when it first came out. I also bought the celebration edition upgrade back in 2019 aswell.
haven’t played the game in a couple of years and wanted to return but it says I no longer own the game, even though it still says I purchased the celebration edition upgrade.
anyone know how I can fix this without having to buy the game for a third time?
Same thing happened to me as well. I purchased Battlefront (2015) and Battlefront 2 many years ago and recently wanted to redownload them and play after hearing the player count was increasing. Now they are removed from my owned game list on my Xbox account, and when I go to the store it says it’s only downloadable through an EAPlay subscription. If it’s not a glitch with my Xbox account, I wouldn’t be surprised if EA actually rescinded purchases just to get people to pay for a subscription service. EA has a history of being one of the greediest corporations besides oil companies.
