Purchased BF2 on PS4, not given "download" option.

I pre-ordered BF2 on PS4 a. I'm trying to download and play it again, but I'm not given the download option. I go into my library, and it is listed in my purchased section, but when I press X on it, there is no download option. I even went into the PlayStation on my console, and it says purchased, but when I view it, there is no download option. I even used the online PlayStation store to tell it to download, and all it says is "waiting..." and nothing happens on my PS4. Can you help me fix this? Side note: I can download it just fine through EPiC and the EA program/app on PC.
