Question on EA ToS

Hypothetically, if you're a Twitch streamer and you consistently and recurrently play knowingly with blatant hackers (i.e. lobby crashing, debug cheats, invincibility, etc.), is that against EA ToS?

Hypothetically, if such a streamer were to be banned for 6 months for doing this, got unbanned, and kept doing this anyways, would that next ban be permanent?
