Hypothetically, if you're a Twitch streamer and you consistently and recurrently play knowingly with blatant hackers (i.e. lobby crashing, debug cheats, invincibility, etc.), is that against EA ToS?
Hypothetically, if such a streamer were to be banned for 6 months for doing this, got unbanned, and kept doing this anyways, would that next ban be permanent?

No. What the user is saying is not true but I know he is referring to me because he puts this claim on me all the time. The TOS clearly outlines that you "do not engage or assist in cheating, collusion, unfair play, or using exploits" I am not doing that however, you him and the rest of the group are. You wait for me to go live, boot up and stream snipe with hackers. In response, you get hackers to fight back. You can avoid that so much yet you choose not to thinking it will yield a positive result on your end. You are not compelled in any way to harass me.
Additionally, "Do not use EA Services to promote or do anything that’s illegal. This includes generating, sharing, or discussing illegal content or engaging in illegal activities. For example, do not use EA Services to promote, incite, instruct or depict: terrorism, child exploitation, threats of violence, hate speech, self-harm, non-consensual image sharing, regulated goods and services, human exploitation or trafficking, or pornography." I don't do any of those things. You can even go check your own VOD's if you want; My name might pop up once within the last month, as while I was playing, it put me in a match with you, and I announced: 'Ooh, Time to leave I guess. Don't wanna play with you.' and left.
But also, If an individual say, explicitly invited Blix/Kobe/Haloswatter/whoever into a party and squad, that could easily be considered 'assisting'. In fact, regularly doing so and then , I dunno, coming to the forums to pretend that they aren't, actually fits TOS under 'Collusion' perfectly.
Anyway, I'm not here for another pointless excuse-fest. Was just surprised one would openly post something that would clearly incriminate them.
I haven't incriminated myself. There is also no argument for me ever assisting anyone with cheating. You straight up said on another thread that you want to avoid me yet here you are again making this a big spectacle of how you are a victim of your own wrongdoing
Actually, just this will be my last post: You literally listed Collusion as being in the TOS, then describe colluding with hackers to get rid of your 'opposing hackers'.

Considering there are no other streamers left on PC because your group either encouraged them to leave or they were forcibly removed for being toxic I can deduce that it is absolutely about me in a false way and we both know that. EA_Barry Please close this thread as it is not going anywhere productive. Also, all these other users posting are banned from my community and have no respect for boundaries
