Thank you for being in-depth, I don't have Star Wars Battlefront 2 folder at all, though. After redeeming the code, nothing has come up at all

That picture isn't showing - C:\Users\UserName\Documents\STAR WARS Battlefront II - did you check there too? The folder is completely separate from the game install folder.

If you end up needing the files, someone from this thread posted them, although I wouldn't do this unless you have to. Some people after install, wouldn't have the folder/settings files, and needed them to address a DirectX issue.

In that directory, I've only got the BETA files and Battlefront 1's files. No Battlefront 2. I was never prompted to install the game, nor has it popped up in my library. Unless I'm missing something? I'm a bit stumped haha

Ok, thank you. I'll try the callback, as an added note, I pre-ordered through JB-HI-FI. I'll select your post regarding trying a callback as the solution, hopefully it all works out!

@xxyzl@Sureshot77 I had a look at your accounts and can see that both of you have the game. Can you check that your filtered settings to ensure that you have set your Origin to filter games and ended up hiding the game? 

@EA_Darko@c2a2f2b7f1ca3466@Sureshot77I ended up calling JB-HI-Fi to see if by chance my pre-order was missing the game code or if my contents were mixed up, turns out the actual game code is on the back-side of the warranty page at the bottom! I'm blind as a bat haha so I overlooked it. I was redeeming the Kylo Ren and Rey DLC even though the code said "SWBF2 ANZ/PC" and looks like the game code flyer so it was very misleading. I've since successfully installed and run the game but it seems a few others have similar issues with it not coming up at all after a correct code redemption..
