Star wars battlefront 2 can't start or play onlinely

so I just played this game with my friend and then suddenly I can't play the game onlinenya and shows up error 524 I search it and it was age restriction stuff, but here's the thing Iam an adult and the EA account running perfectly fine like I play FC 25 casually almost everyday and back then playing BF 1,V, and the 2042 and now when I play this game suddenly this eror show up and block me for using online features even can't even acces my cloud saving....any help?? I'm an adult I try go to various forum but don't do much where to contact the customer service or anything.
