Make sure you installed and are playing from where you bought it. Sounds like Steam based on your post.

Also, sounds like you have mods installed. You are going to struggle to get support until you've removed that.

Other than that you may need to contact EA support directly, as you may have an account issue, which no one on this forum can resolve.
