I'm sorry to hear about your issue with connecting to our servers.

I know that you've already tried a few troubleshooting steps, but many players managed to solve this problem by changing version of their Internet Protocol (IPv). You might need to contact your Internet Provider to check if you're using IPv4, not IPv6. You can read more about it in this article.

    I can connect and start playing and get disconnected about every 45 min to hour. I have bought a new modem a new router and upgraded my internet service. I did port forwarding and nothing helps. I’m convinced that the servers at ea are the problem. Wish I had a fix it’s driving me nuts... and aggravated is an understatement.
