DICE Team@EA_Atic it will not add anything to the bug explaination. Its clear already and cant you test it on a PS4 yourselves? Its not like I am the only one with this bug you know.
But maybe I will post a video Im not sure it will add something to this.
It would be much clearer if you could add a video to this report. I am on PC, did not encounter this bug, so I cannot test it for you.
If you want the bugs fixed, the developers should be able to REPRODUCE the exact thing you are encountering. Keep in mind that 'just clicking something' might seem easy for you, but to figure out what is actually happening on the devs side can be extremely hard.

Look at how some perform better than others, mostly Vader, Chewbacca, Phasma are the worst. And many other just appear when like most of the animation already finished... Was all good from launch though.

Especially after https://youtu.be/QZtm40MJBGc?t=1m20s 1.13min you can see that the animations aren't loaded quickly enough and half the animation for Boba is already played while he is not visible. Then the next time you click Boba they appear much faster.
This is not the case for me, but I can only test PC.
