It is unreasonable to expect that everyone will receive a personal response in an impersonal forum, and personal responses are unnecessary because EA has already addressed this group more than once. Confirmation of both the problem and the work being done to fix it have been given by EA staff numerous times within this thread and others. All of the following clearly indicate that someone is working on this issue, and the latest responses were provided within the past week:

@grimmace2 Yes it looks like this is recent for you. I can see a duplicate with the matching refund for you on the 16th, but not after that.
Hopefully this will help with nailing why accounts are getting put into this state. it's probably not a factor, but would you have played your game on another person's console after the 16th at any point?

Et cetera... So please, even though you are understandably upset about the bug, try to be reasonable and don't act like EA is ignoring the issue.
