Re: error 524

When trying to signing to the EA servers in Star Wars Battlefront II I get a 524 error code along with the message stating "Sorry, this account is not able to play online. See ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information.

I have gone to the URL provided and nothing seems to apply. I have an adult X-Box account with it's own X-Box live subscription. Also there are no content restrictions set on my X-Box account.

I've tried the crappy EA support a couple of times and just end up on hold for way too long (over an hour) waiting for technical support to respond. Which so far, once I'm transferred to them, they never do.

Error 524 when trying to sign into Battlefront 2 on Xbox One.

I can log in no problem.

My son can not log in with his account on same console.  Gets 524 error.  EA "help" sites...are no help.

Me too.  I can log in and play online with my account but my son cannot on his.  I have created an EA account for him with my dob (to test) and temporarily increased his permissions to match mine but still no luck.  I have also changed his microsoft live account temporarily and that made no difference eiterh.

My son is trying to play Starwars Battlefront 1 and 2 online on xbox one but we keep on getting error code 524

I too am having this problem, I can play but my son can't.

I have followed all of EA's and Xbox's help guides but it fails.

It did work for 5 mins, but once we logged out it won't work again.

Perhaps I will try to use the Force or is that Farce.

Exactly the same problem here.

why is it not working? Does EA even know about this?
