Re: ping site is empty and cant connect to ea servers

The problem is at the EA server end. I have a great internet connection, other EA games launch and work fine.

For at least the last week though? This game? When I start it, it does not connect automatically to the servers, it starts in offline mode, even though Origin is connected fine and online. I have to tell the game to manually "connect". It takes anywhere up to 3-4 attempts before it will connect and then all online features will be available.

I'm in Australia, and this issue only happens with this game. A few friends of mine, who don't have quite as good internet as I do, have far worse problems with them constantly being disconnected from the game when they are in the middle of playing. They have tried all the steps recommended and nothing has changed.

The EA servers are the problem.
