I tried the safe mode and spent about 35 minutes waiting to talk to someone from sony then another 40 minutes getting nothing accomplished and did the whole safe mode thing as well. I have plenty of storage..

@kimmangz6 If games are not installing then this can mean that there is an issue with your disc or with your console.

Try to clear your Origin Cache and then download the game.

/Atic- I recently bought the game and I also had an issue were it wouldn't install everytime the update for the game got to about 96-100% initiating download the game would stop and say "error" so when I tried to install again I paused the update for it and it installed just fine

- No I simply just stopped the update until the game installed the installation wouldn't even start if I tried the update but now I have it installed and updated and I'm having no problems whatsoever

@angrybulldog13F If it is paused mid-download with the pause icon then this generally means that you need to clear up some space on your PS4. Try freeing up some space to see if it helps.
I have plenty of storage space on my PS4, and had been trying to download update 1.14 for several weeks with no success. I followed the steps on here:
- Eject the disc
- clean disk with a lint free cloth from the center of the disc to the outsice
- Insert disk
- Game installed
