Re: [Resolved] SWBF II Missing Progress After May The 4th Update

I had to do some searching to find a website that allowed me to take part in a live chat with a EA customer service representative, and I was told that initial reports of the issue came about as early as yesterday and that they’re “looking into it,” so as of right now, we’re just unable to play those characters unfortunately. I’m not too sure when or IF the problem will be resolved considering they’ve abandoned updating this game in any kind of way.
