Re: Stuck looking up and spinning around, only keyboard works

@Tukorneger

Thanks for giving that a shot. Not being able to look around at all would make it pretty hard to get much of anything done in-game for sure. Have you been able to try a clean boot?

Beyond that if you're still having this issue, can we get a DxDiag attached to dive a bit deeper and see what else may be going on?

  • @EA_Mako Hey there, i tryied a clean boot, my computer started faster lol... but the game is still the same.

    Im ataching a Dxdiag in hope you can look for a fix
    (thank you for your effort)
  • @EA_Mako Hey i finally fixed this, i can play now (forget my previous post sending you a DxDiag)

    The error was caused by a virtual joystik driver i had installed for flight simulator.
    I went to windows device control and delete all devices i had there wich were not the ones im actually using.
    Problem solved.

    Thank you a lot for your time and effort!

    @Tukorneger
    Excellent, glad to hear it! Thanks for the update letting us know what caused that for you. Enjoy the game!

    @kingvahe
    Are you able to check and see if there's something similar in your case?

  • @EA_Mako I did all but nothing worked, i think my issue is same as tukorneger but im not sure how he did it, i unplugged my joysticks but the problem still persists...

    @kingvahe You should be able to open the Start Menu in Windows and click Settings there, then select Devices to see a list of the devices you have installed. You may need to try removing the virtual joystick from that list.
  • @kingvahe Hey there!
    I went to "Device manager" (just put that in the windows bar in the search zone).
    Once at the device manager, you can see all your devices. I deleted all of them, except the ones for my mouse, keyboard and such.

    Hope it helps!
