Well, it seems like they fixed only new rewards. I don't think that's the main problem. So much people can't claim weapons and upgrades for them. I won't play the game until they fix this. I and half of battlefront players are now stuck in progress. I can't claim my blurg, se44c, cr2 and so on...
I don't know if they've actually released a patch yet or if they've delayed it or just couldn't figure out the problem but the issue persists. I still cannot unlock any of my guns or attachments.
Community Admin@TheBaitOne Hi, this issue is not considered resolved now. Folks can generally unlock new milestones but old ones are still stuck, and this is still not fixed.

2 days have passed and still the claim reward issue is there and now black screen with download circle in the top right, is it being fixed and should I wait ?

I am shocked that this issue has still not been resolved. It is a fundamental part of the game experience to unlock new weapons and weapon mods, this should have been rectified with a hotfix within 48 hours like I have witnessed many other developers do in similar circumstances. I now have further weapons and rewards that I cannot claim, it is getting extremely frustrating when other players have access to weapons I can't even unlock!
I suppose the development team is off for the weekend now, so the soonest we can expect a patch is Tuesday.. Great way to ruin the fun for anyone who had planned to play this game over the weekend.
Actually, @EA_David was not incorrect. I have, so far, perhaps 4-5 milestones 'frozen' to include the final NT-242 milestone and the initial S-5 milestone, but I have not encountered a newly frozen reward in some time; since the advent of the problem, I have been able to unlock two attachments for the FWMB heavy weapon and at least one for the Blrrg pistol.
Same as you for me @NMODax, last week two of my milestones have been "frozen" but today I was able to unlock few of them.
Please EA "unfroze" our unlock milestones 🙂
