What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I do not receive via mail when I request for a new password reset link. What is the issue? At least please answer by redirecting me to the right place if this is not the ideal one for asking about this issue. Thanks, Cezar
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? I forgot my account name. The Email is: [edit: email address removed] <- I need status about the account registered on this mail. I spend cash on a game, I need to know what is happening.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don't know, I just need you to tell me what is happening with my account. It is compromised or something because I don't receive back password reset link? I search the internet, I wasted like 2h at least and still no straight answer. This is very BAD customer experience. This so disappointing. I can stay away from blizzard s battlenet engine as much as i can then simply request to reset my password. Why can't you do the same?

    Were you eventually able to reset your password? If you still need help, our Live-Support team is available 24/7 to assist in password and account recovery. Some email providers will route emails to the junk, spam, promotion/social folders. If you don't see it there within the hour I would try reaching out to an EA Advisor to help get you back into the account.

    Hello @EA_Blueberry ,

    Thank you very much for the replay. The thing is, I tried before to use this live assistance tool but the interface...nah I just can't understand it. (I have too low IQ or too high for this). It tells me to log in in order to process my need. How in earth's name can I log in if I don't know my password? This account is special made just so I can post out my problem. Please, can you explain me how does this live helper works at all?

    @BlueSun93 

    When it prompts you to login there is a link towards the top left that will allow you to contact an EA Advisor without needing to sign in.
