Reset Password does not work

Hey guys,

I just bought Star Wars Battlefront II today on PS5, when I started up the game it told me I had to reset my password (I had no used my EA account in years so I thought nothing of it). However, I have reset my password well over a dozen times since and it still pops up saying I need to reset it. I tried looking into my linked account but it said something about it already being linked and to also reset my password.

I will take any advice I can get because EA support has not been helpful.
