No one is working on it, the only support for the game is seemingly the report system which is mostly automated. If enough reports go against someone they get banned and an automated email saying their appeal was denied.
Happened to me for using the Anti-Cheat Cinematic_Spam mod, people reported me for not being effected by the exploiters manipulating player cameras. Quite sad, this game was fun before it got popular again.
