Community Admin@ItsMeSaverio That's interesting, thank you for the useful data. As for getting a code, you should just be able to change the region in the top right of the page to the US, then follow the steps again.
@FMAChet There are currently issues with redeemed codes on PS4. Codes go in fine but then the Beta can't be downloaded. This is known about and is being investigated.

Please help as I'm not getting any help. Even sent proof of purchase to your facebook and twitter but i get nothing.
It's not cool. Been up hours so I could download this thing on the dot of 9am local. Its a really really poor experience. One of your agent closed a chat on me, after waiting 2 hours to get through. He wasn't even listening and didn't get it.
I hope this gets resolved as I can't play it on the weekend

I believe that they have wrongly associted the actual game as a prerequisite as that's what it says as a reason for not being able to download/purchase beta.

I just got two codes from you via email but none worked it just says it may no longer be valid...
however, thh very first one I got from EB Games Australia it does show in my PS4 Settings, Account Management, Account Information, under Services List as Star Wars Battlefront II Multiplayer Beta. However, when I go to PS Store and browse to the Beta it shows "Not Available for purchase" and if I click "Tell me More" it shows "You are not able to purchase this product for the following reason(s): You do not own Star Wars Battlefront II"
but as mentioned, under PS4 Services List I get this:

Please inform us here as sson as you guys resolve that since early access is going to lose its meaning soon... we still need to download it and thinking AU internet speeds, that might take exactly until open Beta starts ☹️
