star wars battlefront 2 opened crates dont give reward

I'm getting the same problem on my XBox One S. After completing the campaign's,  I open the crate and all I get is blank screen and no rewards.

i just bought it celebretion editon when first open its fine the prize are there and i see it but after that the next crate i open it all empty in the screen there no prize pls fix this im playing on p 

i've gotten 2 so far and its's 2020 just empty, i'm playing on pc and i do have celebration edition but i got the ccelbration crate already and got stuff out of it but i've earned 2 more and got nothing

I also have the same problem after downloading the celebration edition. No rewards from any of my creates so far. I even check the collection after to see any updates and nothing.

I just recently bought Battlefront 2 for PS4, not even a week old, and I'm getting the same issue described by other users, meaning new crates and a blank screen. I believe the game is fully updated (Celebration Edition) what should I do next? Thanks and safe gaming

i just bought the game 3 days ago and i installed it, when i open the game there are 2 crates unopened and then when i opened it it doesnt show me the cards that i got. it just went frozed. i have the standard pc edition btw.
