Hi, i need help about the downloading of SW Battlefront II on the epic game store. Okay, i'm on epic and i click on the install button of the game in my library, and then, EGS redirect me on Origin, for now, nothing wrong, but after, bothing happens. Downloading doesn't start and i can't start it manualy because there is no Install button. And, the game is grey with a epic watermark in my Origin library. It can be useful too, i obtained this game on EGS during a free week. So i can't download the game, if anyone can help me that would be good [cm - updating title for better visibilty]

@EA_Illium i contacted Epic directly because EA helps said me to do it, and they just solved the problem, it seems it was a account link problem and i was not alone to have this issue.

Hey everyone, long story short, I've bought EA Play (Steam version) in the end of 2020, but it expired, so I've got SWBF2 from the Epic Games Store. Now I wanted to install it, but it won't do it. It automatically opens up Origin and says the following:

"To play Unidentified Game, you must first activate it on your EA account."
And it asks me for a product code. I tried it on another Origin account, and still won't work. Won't even install.
Any fix for this?

@666milan666 I have also exactly the same problem in my EpicGame account, I had already bought the game but it does not appear in the Origin Store so I can not connect each other. Please respond if there is solution any.

As a possibly connected problem. I am having the same issue around Battlefield 2042.
Had the game on EA Free trial via Steam. Trial Ended.
Bought game recently on Epic Games. Unidentified Game when trying to install.
Origin game list still shows Steam icon. Both Steam and Epic accounts are connected.

Hi @Okugatsu Can you try to Clear Origin Cache and EGS cache, then relaunch both and check if this continue?

@Darcydian For your issue, if you filter your Origin library (option in top right of your library) can you select on EGS games and see if it pops up? If not the trail may be causing an entitlement issue that we would want to speak with our support at help.ea.com about.

Hi @666milan666 Can you try to Clear Origin Cache and clear EGS cache then relaunch both and try to install BF2?
