Still having same problem game won’t launch at all tried everything
Tried reinstalling, wiping data, resetting Xbox, trying on different Xbox, seems it’s a problem with my account I’m starting to think I’ve been hacked but ea will not help me.

Oh my god I found someone else!!! I have had this problem! I haven't been able to get onto the game for months now! After speaking with Xbox and EA support I was told to make a post here, which I did 2 months ago. I've been looking out for someone else! For me, when I go onto the game and press A to log in with my account it freezes then goes back to the home screen
Honestly it’s a joke I’ve got the exact same problem man, I feel like my accounts been frozen or hacked but I’ve had the same outcome as you and no response, so much time put into the game as well 😂
I found that if I loaded the game with a guest account I could get into the game, but obviously I have neither all my progress nor my Xbox live subscription on that account
Yes I’ve got I max level Vader as well so frustrating
