It looks like you could upgrade to Windows 10 build 1809. Search "Windows Updates" in the desktop search bar to check for pending updates.
Your CPU meets the minimum requirements so I recommend closing all other programs down before launching the game. Consider right-clicking on the Origin desktop shortcut and run as administrator.
Have you tried a clean boot? If there's a program running in the background that's conflicting with Origin, this can pinpoint that. Your PC will launch up with only the necessary programs. Once that's done, immediately launch Origin.

Updated Windows, ran as admin and clean booted PC but still getting the same issue.

When you visit your Origin application settings do you have SBWFII located on the same drive as Origin?

No I don't, its on another hard drive.

Could you try to delete the STAR WARS Battlefront II folder located in your documents, then use the repair option and launch the game?
