Trying to change accounts

Hey,

I want to change accounts because battlefield automatically connected to an old account I made with EA that uses a deleted Email (so I can't access it)

It's linked to my steam I'm assuming but steam isn't showing linked accounts and where I can unlink them!

Someone please help me out with this.
