Unable to block upon first spawn in HvV (PS4 Pro)

Summarize your bug On quite a few occasions recently, upon first spawn in as Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker, I have been unable to block. Pressing L2 simply did nothing. All other controls function normally. I tried changing controller and this did not rectify. Once my first life is over and I respawn, the controls work as normal, including block.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Upon first spawn into a game, try and block with at least Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker. Maps this has happened to me: Kamino, Hoth and Naboo.
What happens when the bug occurs? Pressing L2 does nothing, and cannot use block function at all.
What do you expect to see? The controls function correctly!

- upon first spawn cannot use lightsaber to block. All other controls work as intended.
- occured whilst using Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker
- Attempted changing controller but did not affect the problem.
- Happened to me on Kamino, Hoth and Naboo upon first spawn in.
- PS4 Pro platform.
