Unable to Claim completed Milestone "EL-16HFE Training Session"

I have the same issue with getting the recoil attachment for one of my guns. Grayed out and can't claim reward.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure how the bug occurred.
What happens when the bug occurs? You cannot use a mod that you have unlocked in the milestones.
What do you expect to see? Milestone completion, but the mod still being locked.

Basically the same thing for me. Unlocked reduced recoil, but the mod can't equip, and it says that "mods 2/2" are equipped, even though none are equipped. And in game there is no stock and no difference in recoil.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you complete the EL-16HFE Training Session milstone and the reward won't show up.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't collect my "Reduced Recoil for EL-16HFE" milestone reward, but I've completed the milestone.
What do you expect to see? That I can't collect my reward, even tho I have completed it.

I'ts annoying that this bug haven't been fixed yet, while so many people have the same issue. Please fix. The bug has been around for ages :/

Luckily I didn't experience it yet, but I've seen it on a friend's PC in his game

Summarize your bug I completed the "EL-16HFE Training Session" achievement ages ago but it refuses to mark itself as completed. The counter is stuck at 25/25. I've completed the *second* Milestone for the same gun but still haven't received the Reduced Recoil attachment.

I've been through the forums, I've been through EA support (both chat and on the phone) and nobody has been able to help me.

@coluianI'm sure you figured this out since 2018 but I've just started playing this game and it's crazy that this is still an issue as it just happened to me. I figured out how to fix this for me by just opening crates. It turns out that after I unlocked the mods they had them as crates to be opened. I just now opened them and the mods are now able to be used.
