Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Same problem (on Xbox One X). Lots of people reporting this issue on the Battlefront 2 boards as well. If this is locked on purpose EA, just say so. It makes sense given that the Crystals situation is in a holding pattern. But other Crystal unlocks are working just fine so what gives?? Please fix this issue so that users can be rewarded for HOURS of grinding through these achievements!
