Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

I can't claim reward for 50 kills with tl-50 either. I have 75 now. Also 10000 score taking damage using Defender did this too but after shutting game down it worked.

Unable to complete the Training Session Milestone for the EL-16HFE. Over the 50 kill requirement and the milestone is locked.
