Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

What is your issue related to? Challenges
Which part of it? Persistent
Summarize your bug Cannot claim reward for 50 Assault class kills in multiplayer even though I have killed more than 50 with the assault class. The claim reward button is grayed out and when I press Y nothing happens.
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? dannyboy124578
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/19/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 10:00 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Strike
What is your time zone? EST (IET) - GMT - 5:30
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try unlocking the 50 kills for the assault class and see if you can claim the reward
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot claim my reward and the button is grayed out and it will not let me claim the reward.
What do you expect to see? I want to claim the reward so I can use the new gun

I am playing on PS4 (user id: MadFlava) and experiencing the same bug but with 50 officer kills. I have 53 officer kills but the 50 officer kills award is locked and won't let me claim. All I did was exit to the main menu before the next game started and it caused it to lock me out of claiming the reward. This has to be one of the worst types of bugs in the game because you put so much time into finishing the challenge only for the game to not unlocked the item/award you work so hard to achieve. These are the types of bugs that just make you want to stop playing the game. EA/Dice please fix this ASAP.

    Me too, I have about 3 or 4 that I can't claim and it seems to have effected my levelling up because I can't upgrade my cards even though I've reached the level necessary.

I have the exact same issue but with the DLC mission milestone rewards.

    Thank you for the posts alerting us to this.
    
    Can you try restarting the game client, then play any match and check again?

Unlocked TL-50 150 kill milestone but cannot claim it. Shows completed, but ‘claim reward’ button is grayed out. Tried restarting the game, verifying licenses, restarting PS4, and played another match, with no fix. Very, very irritating as heavy is my main and I want that weapon attachment for improved accuracy. Gamer tag is thor4075.

I am having the same issue with four different milestones. Two in starfighters (fighter ace and hunt down the enemy) and two in arcade (a natural leader and unleash your anger) some I completed today and some yesterday. Very frustrating issue.

I'm having the same exact problem also, except it's the 50 officer kills milestone on my PS4

    I've had the same problem with the "500 assault kill" milestone, please try to solve this asap!

    How often does the bug occur? Always (100%)
    Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? Don't remembre exactly but it's been there for at least a month
    What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) Don't remember
    In what game mode did the bug occur?-
    What is your time zone? GMT + 1:00
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I've been playing the game and then i got a pop up message that said that the milestone is complete, I finished the match, went back to the menu and I couldn't claim it anyway
    What happens when the bug occurs? I tried to go back to the main menu and again to the career menu and then to the collection menu.
    What do you expect to see? That the reward is unclaimed.
