Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Summarize your bug I cannot claim reward for NT-242 TARGET PRACTICE. It remains greyed out, even after parameters have been exceeded! Progress on challenge shows 150/150 yet the "claim reward" is greyed out. I continued to play a few games and use the NT-242... now I am at 160 kills with the NT242 and am 160/250 for the final challenge "NT242 SHARPSHOOTER" Clearly this is an infuriating glitch that needs to be addressed, I don't seem to be the only one with this issue. So now I have the final sniper rifle I worked hard to get, and its now gimped.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to CAREER -> TROOPERS then look at NT-242 target practice. Mine is totally messed up! I cannot claim reward which is the improved cooling weapon mod.
What happens when the bug occurs? The claim reward button is greyed out therefore I cannot claim reward which is the improved cooling weapon mod.
What do you expect to see? I expect this big to be fixed so I can have access to what I earned. I dont even feel like playing this game anymore now after this glitch that seems to be affecting many people across different weapon challenges. Now other players have an edge because I cant even use what I have.
