Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Can confirm by doing different battles to claim different milestones helped the problem

I'm having this issue with the NT-242 50 kills milestone.

It's worth noting that before this happened..I received an error code about the marketplace and my milestones were reset to 0%.

I restarted the game and all of my career milestones were where they should be...but I still cannot claim the dual zoom for the NT-242

Completing additional milestones has only compounded my problem. Had two that could not be claimed, but I now have four.

Same issue can't claim a280 after 50 assault kills claim reward button still greyed out.
On ps4 playing in UK the counter on the 200 kill reward reads 57 and have restarted game no joy.

My number of kills doesn’t seem to be going up, been on 37/50 assault class kills for ages

Last night I got the rapid fire for the SE44 150 kills but the night vision at 75 kills is still grayed out for me.
BTW, rapid fire makes the SE44 the best gun for me. its about 3 times faster and takes a while to overheat.

I'm not being able to claim the FWMB-10K, i'm way past 200 kills with the heavy class And still the button is grayed out And no chance of claiming the gun from the Milestone. 1. WEEK. ALREADY. Please do something about this now EA.
