Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Had the same problem on PS4. Tried the following, but it didn’t work:

1) close the game
2) turn the PS4 off
3) backup the savegame then delete it
4) earn more rewards. They are also stuck

I appreciate any help.

Update: after the daily crate reset, all the rewards are available to claim.

    Just started having the same issue. Happens for everything now. It's not even tracking kills or play time.

    Wont even take account of kills or event taken part in as well. I played the star ship fighting thingy and not got participation in event
