Unable to claim reward although I've completed the milestone

Same problem just started happening today. I completed two milestones, one campaign and one multiplayer and I can't claim the reward.

Playing on PC, everything updated, Windows 10, Nvidea 970.

Hey, while this is being looked into we'll make this thread a sticky, hopefully this will help to let folks know that we are looking into this.

  and ur looking on it is *! sry for that but i already made tickets with no response, and after i have done the complete "troubleshooting" it's more worse than before... now i cant even claim heroe achievments (the first 2 of finn are completed but couldn't be claimed"
