Unable to upgrade star card

Product: Star Wars Battlefront II
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your issue related to? General
Summarize your bug I can´t upgrade my cards despite I have the right level.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 12/20/2017
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 20:41 PM
In what game mode did the bug occur? Galactic Assault
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? In the card list I can´t press square to upgrade even having all the requirements
What happens when the bug occurs? I can´t upgrade the star card

As you can see in the photo I have all the requeriments but I still can´t upgrade. I have tried restarting my game and also the Ps4 and the problem is still there.

    how do i upgrade palpatine? ive got blue cards x3 base level of 32 and crafting partsx 800. it says i need card level 20 for him? how the * do i get that? hero crates x 10000000 until a random for him drops?

    btw if it wasnt clear, im trying to get epic card upgrades but cant increase his card level... currently at lvl 14 and no way to get to 20.... omease help... any1.
