Why isn’t celebration upgrade edition working?

I bought the upgrade edition way back before the rise of skywalker update and I played on my old account BUT since then Ive gotten a new Xbox and account but it’s still shared with my old account meaning that I’ve got the celebration edition but when installing it nothing happens, no skins, no emotes nothing. I was just needing some help and if I should just buy it again or it’s something else is wrong
