Hey @DaIek_Boi @HSP117 are you still experiencing the missing Celebration Edition items?

- @EA_Atic Hello. I’m experiencing the same issue. Started a case with EA. Was sent an email with options to try. Did those. Reinstalled the game and celebration upgrade. Still all locked.
Having the same issue as of April 5, 2020.
Bought the base game. A few hours later bought what we thought was the Celeb Ed upgrade but looks like we were charged for the full Celeb Ed Game. Started a convo with EA-Alex via the twitter EAHelp account. Tried the following:
- Reset Alternate MAC Address
- Deleted local/cloud game saved data
- Removed gamer tag.
- Uninstall / Reinstall
GamerTag: skip5130
Whats the plan to resolve these issues???

@Skip2347 @Dimitrius1993 What are you missing when you go in the collection of different units?
/Atic @EA_Atic - None of the content from the Celebration Ed update is available. For instance, Emotes:
When I view Chewbaca from Collections an selects Emotes, they are all locked with the message "UNLOCK WITH CELEBRATION EDITION"
Also, on the games main menu screen, it has a tile prompting to upgrade to the Celebration edition.

For the main menu that wont change, hens why I'm asking of the content. 🙂
If you are playing on the account that bought the edition or redeem the code and still missing the content poke EA support again. They can sort out the missing content.
If they send you back here, let me know your case number. For clarification we on the forum cant help with missing items or content of any sort as its related to account information that we need verify and not something we do on the forum.
/Atic Thanks for the reply! My brother and I game share and he made the purchase from his account technically. Is that why I can not have access to any of the skins ? Basically all cosmetics and skins are locked but it shows I have the celebration upgrade installed. I’ve reached out to EA and told the best option is for them to call me but then there is no prompt for them to reach out.
@EA_Atic - I was sent here by Alex @EA_Help on twitter. I requested a case number from him earlier but he hasn't responded yet.

@Dimitrius1993 as far I'm aware you cant share that content across accounts on Xbox or PS4.
