I do not know if EA is handling the problem at their HQ,
but i do know that they are handling this situation with their unhappy customers in a very, VERY unprofessional way.
Therefore i will change my question after this point ;
Lets list the facts here :
- I can not play the DLC as of 08DEC2015. This indicates that i paid money for a product that i can only partially access. It seems it is easy to buy something from EA, and hard to get something.
- I have contacted customer support via various channels, this post has been the most active one. Customer support has gone full silent leaving the customers without information.
- There had been no updates or evidence that this problem is being worked on. I would like to ask, does a problem needs to be experienced and reported by a specific number of people for EA to take care of? Are people having this people are left alone with their fate?
- Leave alone BoJ, our problem lies deeper, tha we afraid we will not be able to play any DLC that EA will publish for Battlefront.
I must say that i grew cold to the game and EA for this.
I am not playing it for a while and turned back playing other games.
Therefore, i also would like EA to enlighten everyone here with the necessary laws and regulations regarding obligations of the service provider and rights of customers (we), details that allowed timeframe that service provider legally allowed to find a solution, and refund / compensation policies for both online / hard copy purchases if the problem is not solved exceeding the timeframe, and so on...because i can not shake out the feeling and understanding that
EA SIMPLY SOLD US A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT WORKING / PARTIALLY WORKING / MALFUNCTIONING / BROKEN (All packages were sold with promotion of free access to BoJ and accessibility to other )
Therefore, EA, just tell us what's going wrong, and tell us how and under which circumstances, we can claim our money back.

I am same problem. I bought batlefront from PSN BRASIL, and the maps from battle of jakku not loading.
