Could you please tell us what kind of problem you experience with linking a Steam account to an ЕА account? Are you getting some kind of error?
The easiest way to link your Steam Account is by logging in on the EA Helps website and then signing in through Steam:
- Click Log In.
- Choose the option to sign in using your platform credentials.
- EA Help sign-in prompt with first-party login buttons for Google, Facebook, Apple, Steam, Xbox Live, and PSN.
- Fill in the login details from your platform in the pop-up.
- All set! Your accounts are linked.

You can unlink your Steam from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had Steam linked to it before in its lifetime.
That means if you unlink Steam from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Steam to it in the future.
