Chest Bug

Summarize your bug I have picked up all the chests and secrets in the game and have every cosmetic item to show for it but it says I still need two chests on Ilum and now I can’t 100% the game.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just open a chest and see if it is glitched or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? You get the item from the chest but the chest progression on the planet does not update
What do you expect to see? 5/5 chests instead of 3/5

The places on Ilum this glitched happened for me at are the Jedi Temple and the Imperial Trench.
