Contcat support is impossible, can't login to child account and no staff cares
I've waited for so long to finally purchase Star Wars Battlefront for my PC. When I did, I got extremely excited, that is, until I realized it's impossible to play online for me because EA doesn't care. In the texts in the website it says I have to be 13 years or older. I am 15 and still can't access the online features. I can't login into the website because my account is apparently a child account. I tried contacting through EA Help and at the end they required me to login to finish the request. Fortunately, there was a "Click here if you can't login"-link and it asked me for my name and email. I entered that and clicked Continue, seemed to be loading a lot. Came back after an hour and it was still loading, so I retried, same thing happened again. I decided to make another account on EA but with age over 18 so I could hopefully contact EA Help. At the end I could choose between them calling my phone or through live chat. Can't use phone because I neither live in US or Canada. So I tried live chat, it told me that it would take less than 5 minutes to get an EA Game Advisor online in the live chat with me. Waited a full hour and no EA Game Adviser has shown up yet. Finally, I look through Answers HQ to try and find a solution that probably others have experienced as well. I see a lot of questions about them but no good answer that fits me has been given yet. So that's why I decided to write this and hopefully a staff will actually care about this.

The age limits are set by the local government; EA merely applies whatever limit is in effect in Sweden, or wherever a member is living.
