EU matchmaking and ranked modes broken – please check servers (SW Squadrons)

Hello EA team,

I’m from the EU region and for several months now, the matchmaking in Star Wars: Squadrons hasn’t been working properly.
Quick Match and Ranked modes never find players or stay stuck on “searching for opponents” indefinitely, while Custom Games still work fine.

This seems to affect the EU region specifically — players using VPNs to connect through US East or UK servers say that matchmaking works normally there.

Because of this, it’s impossible to play Ranked or even casual matches in Europe. Many players would still enjoy the game if these servers were fixed or restarted.

Please forward this to the technical/network team to check the EU (Frankfurt) matchmaking servers.
