Game Freezes and Unresponsive at end of any match - PC - Post Outer Rim Patch

Im having the same exact problem, from what i could gather, it seens to be a memory leak problem. After every match , the ram consumption of the game shoots up as high as 12-14gb , eating up all my 16gb ram, when normally it would not use more than 5gb , and when that happens im forced to force end the program and star it again -_-

Is there any sort of way to cap off how much ram the game can use at any given time? Or is this something out of our hands as players?

So, I have the EXACT same problem on PS4, and I see people with this on Xbone too. That being said I doubt that it is anybody's hardware.

Thank you for the posts everyone. Can you also include your matchmaking region, your system, and the map/gamemode you were on? Some of this info may seem redundant, but having as much as possible helps. 

Can someone affected by this try a quick solo missing and confirm whether these matches finish up without issue? Would it also be possible to check if folks are receiving the progression (credits/xp) that you would have gotten?

Those affected by this, can I also ask what is your ingame rank?

Exact same problem on PC. 

Matchmaking Region: EU (Automatic)

Gamemodes I've tested this on: Heroes vs Villains, Hero Hunt, Blast, Cargo.

I have this issue every multiplayer match I play.

I don't think people get credtis nor xp from multiplayer matches since the crash happens after the top 3 list.

In game rank: Level 50

I don't have the Outer Rim DLC epack.

Hope this get fixed soon.

I am adding a screenshot from reddit to show that this is not only affecting the few you see here. I am on PS4, level 50. Region set to automatic. (I physically am in US midwest) It has happened to me in Supremacy, Blast, Extraction, Hero hunt.

Hi there help team.

I have the same issue, game freezes 100% on the award screen (any online game mode) just as the credits/XP are about to be awarded.

If I don't touch the game or reset it will soon after crash to the PS4 UI, with a CE 34878-0 error code.

After relaunching the game each time I can play one match without issue, but this freeze then happens every time after the match - but credits are added to my total each time I reboot.

Interestingly the one time this freeze did not happen, was when I joined a game as it was ending, so got 0 points or credits - the game then progressed to the next match as normal. I played this game through with 15 kills, then the crash happened as before.

This only occurred after downloading the Outer Rim update - I do not have the DLC or Season Pass.

Matchmaking region: automatic (I'm in UK)

Platform: PS4

Rank: 60 (max)

Games played: 1,883

I have redownloaded save data, plus deleted and reinstalled all content, but no luck - seems like this is hitting the XP limit, as before the update I was rank 50 - after the update and only playing around 10 matches (crashing after each) Im now rank 60...

Please see attached screenshots - one showing rank, the other showing the moment of crash - identical conditions each time.

I have the same problem on Xbox one.   Matchmaking region is automatic (I'm in the UK).  Rank is 60.  (This happened by itself when I logged in, though with over 200 hours played and a points total of 5,556,189, I presume that my rank is correct).  

Happens in in all game modes.   Blast, outer rim doc game modes, supremacy etc 

I have managed to complete two Hutt contracts but they had some lag in terms of progress at first but the companion app on my iPhone was showing th right progress level.  The Xbox screen did catch up and eventually stayed in sync.   

Also tried on my other PS4, clean install, no dlc pack downloaded, played supremacy with no star cards or any changes, unlocks etc... Exact same problem.
