Haxion Brood doesn't spawn in the arena

Product: Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Haxion Brood doesn't spawn in the arena after all monsters are defeated.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It might be caused by the fact that I have to scan the corpse, but this is my first playthrough and I don't have anything to back that up.
What happens when the bug occurs? Haxion Brood doesn't spawn and the game softlocks itself.
What do you expect to see? The Haxion Brood?

    With me I have the same issue on the PS4.  The Haxion brood won't show up after all monsters are killed.  Do we really need to completely restart a new game to avoid this?

    If so, this is ridiculous and a money back issue.

    Please let us know if there is a patch/update for the PS4 version as well.

    @the_lordlaser I ended up solving this by starting a new save, unfortunately. As far as I can tell, there's not a workaround - or at least, no one has told me of it.

    @CrazyHairGuy11 Thanks for the reply. I will give it a try. Otherwise this goes into the bin and I can not recommend this game without any fix/patch/update.

    @the_lordlaser Yeah, I haven't encountered this in any subsequent playthroughs, so it seems to be kinda a one-off bug. The game itself is really good, but having a random unpreventable softlock in the middle of it does kinda take something away from the experience. Cheers!
