Is it possible that I ruined my whole progress?

Yes, you are stuck there. This is intended. You didn't ruin your progress, this is actually a pivotal part of the game where you gain a few new abilities. The only way to get out is to solve the puzzle (get the big ball thing to fall from the big chandelier in the middle of the tomb so you can put it in the socket). You will learn the pull skill in that tomb, so keep adventuring around until you learn it, then you will have all the necessary skills to get out of the tomb.

I'll give you 1 other helpful tip - you want to save up 4 skill points so you can learn "Grasping Pull" and also "The Power of Friendship" - these 2 are the best skills to have once you learn Pull.

I really hope that you are right, however I think I was every place I could reach, but without the pull skill I won't be able to destroy those red things which keep me out of places. But I'll try one more time. If I am right, and my progress is lost here, then it is a very serious bug.

Your progress is absolutely not lost. When you get to the tomb of Miktrull, you need to make your way into the tomb (there's a Jotaz on the bottom floor). You'll then work your way to the 2nd floor where you'll find storm troopers). Turn the magnet-thing on, and pull out the block, turn it off again, and push it against the wall to use it as a step to go up into another hallway. Work your way up to the top of the tomb, where you'll fight an electro-baton purge trooper, a bunch of skazzes, and then slide down a mud-slide into another patrol of storm troopers. From there, you just keep following the path, up the 3 vine-covered columns, and then finally a corridor that will lead you to Miktrull's sarcophagus (filled with more storm troopers). That's where you learn the pull ability.

You can use the pull ability to do everything else and finally get out of the tomb. Trust me, there's no place in the game that you can dead-end and not complete the game, you're just stuck.

During the Tomb of Miktrull the game glitches and makes me run the opposite way. Mind you about six months ago I played the whole game and finished it and never had this problem. Yes I promise I'm pressing the right controls, running and right trigger to run on the wall. This is extremely frustrating as it takes dying multiple times and being left with not alot of health to get through til the next checkpoint. 

I got through this wall and straight after my game crashed and had to load the game back up, but now when I get to this point the wall is stuck and I cannot get through, is there another way through???
