Jedi fallen order PS5 no deluxe

3 days ago I updated my ps4 version of Jedi fallen order disc version to ps5 all of my deluxe editions items are missing and I only have access to them on my ps4 version and I have looked through my downloads and it won’t let me download the ps5 version of deluxe content. Can someone help me? I really enjoy this game and I am really excited for survivor! 

I’m having the exact same problem. I pre ordered Jedi fallen order back in 2019 and 6 days updated my ps4 disc version to ps5 version however my deluxe upgrade didn’t download but I can download on the ps4 version and i have done everything I can but I can’t seem to get ps5 version to download. Can i have some help? 

HI @jeebz02 We might need to reach out to Sony support for assistance. 

Per our FAQ if you own the deluxe version on the PS4 you should get it on the PS5, but something might have happened to only give you the standard edition on your PlayStation account instead. 

Thank you for replying back so quickly. I just talked to Sony and I can’t access my content since i pre order it and got a voucher code. Is there anything you guys can do like give me a new voucher code or anything else for ps5 version so I can access it any help would be greatly appreciated. 

Do you guys by any chance have an extra voucher codes for ps5 Jedi fallen order deluxe edition? Thank you 

HI @jeebz02 Thanks for the update, We won't have codes to give away (either here on the forums or through our support). If the issue is the voucher code you used for the game may I ask where it was purchased from?

If you got the game through a store online or in person we might be able to speak with them...

Hey @jeebz02 Since the game was purchased with GameStop, I would recommend returning to the store you purchased Jedi FO from and seeing if they can offer assistance with this. 

I actually found out why I didn’t get my content when my game got it free update instead of giving me the deluxe edition it gave me the standard edition. I’m trying to get this fix but I was curious once I get the correct edition I should be able to access my content?
