I've seen it a few times now, it clever something you don't pick up on because you are dead, but i then have watched the player jump xbow jump xbow over and over, it got me to thinking there would be the same thing for scan pulse so you have scan pulse all the time just like a wall hack, keep an eye out you will see what i mean

I guess in that particular case the person has the Bounty Hunter trait card installed. When you reach the 3rd level,by getting enough kills, it will grant you a powerup almost every kill you get. It will also reset the cooldown. I think the cooldown is for the main weapon but the powerup you get is often a Refresh Cards one. Making you able to use the jumppack a couple of times right after eachother.
Ive seen this guy jump without killing 3 or 4 time in a row
Could also have a card refresh power-up. I get them all the time with my bounty hunter trait.

Yeah that Bounty Hunter trait is super OP. I've seen the same thing on PS4 and I look forward to unlocking it when I level up.
EA needs to add to the kill cam what trait the player is using, that would solve a lot of issues such as when someone is running around making 0 noise. Is that the Scout trait or is that the game bugging out?
Scout trait.
So proves the game is flawed. Its a built in hack for the game, how about that. Anything to get an advantage over 90% of the rest of the players. I wish i could get a refund for such a lousy game.
